“I’ll Never Sell Out New Hampshire”: New TV, Digital Ads Contrast Pappas’s Record of Taking on Corruption with Sununu’s Record of Selling Out to Corporate Special Interests
MANCHESTER, N.H. — This morning, Congressman Chris Pappas’s campaign for U.S. Senate launched new TV and digital ads that contrast Pappas’s record of taking on corruption and working to lower costs for Granite Staters with former Senator John Sununu’s record of selling out New Hampshire to corporate special interests. Watch the TV ad HERE and the digital ad HERE.

The ads highlight how Sununu was first elected to Congress in 1996 and spent his time in Washington selling out New Hampshire to corporate special interests and siding with the pharmaceutical and insurance industry while Granite Staters paid the price, and later went to work for those same special interests, adding up to $35 million to his net worth.
While Sununu is running for Senate again to continue to do the bidding of corporate special interests, Pappas is running to take on corruption and lower costs for New Hampshire families. Pappas doesn’t take corporate PAC money, has sponsored legislation like the DISCLOSE Act to stop billionaires and corporate special interests from secretly buying our elections, and is fighting to make life more affordable for hardworking Granite Staters.
